Server updated to 1.8.8

The server has now been updated to 1.8.8, bringing a handful of new features and bug fixes:

New TARDIS console! The Sandstone Pyramid console can be viewed in the TARDIS Showroom on Gallifrey, and the seed is a sandstone stair. Keep an eye out for some more coming soon...
Game mode not changing bug is fixed
Permanent rain bug is fixed
Levers won't pop off half slabs anymore
People with long names will appear on the minigame scoreboards correctly (in theory, still seems a little wonky)
NPCs are back
Modreq is still broken, and a fix is out of our hands :(
