Christmas 2021 on DWO

As the days grow shorter and the air colder, as the snow begins to fall, it only means one thing here on DWO - Christmas once again!
Our dutiful Christmas Tree is back in pride of place at Trafalgar Square, ready for another year of present placing below its branches. You've got until the 24th of December to wrap up gifts for your server friends, check the signs by the tree to see how to do it. As usual you can also wrap up credits, or even wrap a Cardinal Gift Block for your favourite Gallifreyan. Then run to the tree first thing on Christmas Day to tear open the wrapping and see what's inside!
Plus, for the first time, you can do it in Survival too! We've cleared a space for presents outside our spawn building, just round the corner from Cash for Gold.
And what DWO Christmas would be complete without this - The Yule Ball returns once more! With Christmas being on a Saturday this year, the Ball will be at it's earliest on The 18th of December! Make sure you mark those calendars, as it's not a night to miss.
That means you've also only got two and a half weeks this year to get your votes in for The 2021 DWO Minecraft Awards, where we'll congratulate and decorate our favourite players of the year - as decided by you lot! Who will be taking home the trophies for their cabinets, and will we get another double winner? Find out on the 18th!
